Make all mobile displays work.

If I was buying a phone I would want to play around with the phone before I buy it. Demo phones are good to see how they feel but what makes Best Buy different from vendors in the mall.

Eol and Open item

When a product goes EOL or when people return things stores should have "garage sales" to help get rid of these things also will help people looking for deals. Heck you could even have it in the install bay on Saturday a month.

Led lights and Hand Driers

At our store we will be putting in LED lights and using hand driers in our bathrooms. Recycle bottles and cans in the hub and using less paper.

Promote Best Buy Recycling.

Have quarterly recycling events around the nation with free hard drive removal. When our store had a recycling event for earth day we filled 12 Gaylord boxes.

Apple stores in every store

I have a MacBook and almost every customer that I talk to looking at a computer I tell them about MacBooks or iMacs. I wish every store could carry macs, even the small stores.

Expand DSLR's

If we are going to be in the DSLR business go full force or stop selling them. So carry more lenses, flashes, filters, and tripods. We could become the trusted name in DSLR cameras. Lastly train every employee in DSLR camera's and have an expert or two.

Change our store tags

Add more data, or make it constant so every laptop have how many hours of battery life. Add reviews from cnet or have geek squad rate them.

You can go to your local best buy get a gift card for the cost of the item and tax and then use that gift card to have in store pick up at her store if they have it.

Agreed, but I think also the consumer has to show they dont want products with more packaging. So instead of buying a SD card that is packaged in plastic instead cardboard.
