Thanks for the idea! At this time, the subscription is fulfilled through a third party partner, thus you cannot use your Reward Zone certificates for the actual subscription. However, if you'd like to purchase any of the individual magazines in store, you can definitely use your Reward Zone certificates.

I can understand your frustration if the Agent didn’t show up until after 5 pm and you were expecting them earlier in the day. All of our Geek Squad Agents should have company issued cell phones that they can use to contact you, our customer, with any scheduling delays that may occur outside of your pre-scheduled timeframe. I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this caused.

Recently, Best Buy did start to offer the option to ship an item to your local store for in-store pick-up as opposed to your home. During the check-out process, if the item is available to be shipped to your local store, that will be an option.

Hello ddouthitt –

As a company, Best Buy has discontinued rebates. Therefore, the price you see on the tag listed will be the price you are going to pay. If there is a rebate offered through the manufacturer, that would be an agreement you’d have the choice to enter with them if you so chose to do so. I hope this helps to clarify.
