Best buy would offer deals like gamestop to have people trade in used video games for store credit and have a section in the games department that has the used video games for sale. I'm seriously tired of dealing with crappy deals from gamestop and I think best buy could offer a better price and more availability of games.

It would be great if customers or employees could trade in xbox360, ps3, or wii games in store for store credit and earn extra credit towards new releases. Best buy would easily make 500 dollars off me a year. Every month i trade in games to gamestop and i get a better discount there then at best buy. Trading through online is to much of a time consumer.

Always finding my self in gamestop rather then best but just because the bigger sElection and better price range with used games. How many years has best been open and we dont even sell used games? this needs to change right now!

a lot of our customers shop in gaming based on the fact that they can pre-order. if we had a system much like some of the gaming-specialty retailers we could allow customers to pay off more than a $5 portion of the game.
