Being up at AP, I notice a lot of customers asking if I have any sanitary wipes or anything similar. Usually I just grab the Lysol bottle that I have at the AP stand and hand them some paper towels. I believe that will a small coffee / snack shop located in each store will provide many benefits: customers tend to walk around more with food/ drinks, employees tend to buy most of the beverages/snacks, and provide more jobs. maybe add a recyclable cups and recyclable cans around the store and you provide a great element to the Best Buy name!

Imagine all the potential customers lost because they thought their local store was closed. Only to find out later that the store opens at 9AM instead of 10AM like BestBuy.com states it does. A simple change to the site is all it takes.

Best Buy should have an auction room for returns and/or discontinued product. to compete against other gaming retailers, we should give the power to the customers to build their own bundle. instead of buying a bundle that the price sounds good, but not necessarily the items you want, the customer can choose the items. for example: wii, extra pair of controllers, and a game for 20% off ( work out the details, but this is just off the top of my head)

Merchandising works through the morning and well into the store is open, the problem is that with best buy uniforms the customer gets mislead as a sales associate and not a person who is carrying a 22" shelf and has to get a plano done before lunch is a constant frustration to the customer and employee. a merch shirt to separate the confusion will benefit both ends!!!
