Carry Quirky Crowdsourced Community Designed Products

Quirky has a variety of cool, out of the box, products that we feel would sell great in the Best Buy stores. In a similar fashion to your community of helpful associates that customers can turn to for tech help, we also have a community. However, our unique community is built of thousands of users(and growing) that come together to deliver new and innovative products. Quirky products are currently being sold in a number of online distribution channels but no Brick and Mortar store as of yet. We would love for Best Buy to be the first. Some of our product include the high selling PowerCurl cord management system for Macbook power cables, the Beamer-the first and only IPhone case that brings FLASH to the Iphone, and our newest creation the Quirky Cloak-The sleakest IPad Case out.

Yes - SpaceBar, Wrapster (earbud manger), and the Cloak (iPad case) will ALL be great products for Best Buy customers!!

Agree with all above. The Quirky packaging is also so unique that it would be hard not to pick up while walking the Best Buy aisles.

Best Buy would really benefit from partnering with quirky. It could be a really neat small set up in a store to get people to stay in the store longer by having computers where shoppers can make accounts and influence products right there in the store.

Quirky can bring BestBuy great PR because you are investing in every day awesome people from all over the world with fantastic ideas! Ideas by the people and for the people. Think about the image BestBuy could portray if they team up with Quirky.

BestBuy is one of those stores like Wal-mart, you go in thinking you need to buy X and walk out of the store with X, Y, Z and Q. Quirky products would be an awesome addition to the BestBuy inventory; adding Quirky products would definitely motivate me (and likely motivate many of the tens of thousands other Quirky community members) to visit the local BestBuy store sooner rather than later.

I shop the Best Buy stores in McKinney,Texas....having Quirky products in the stores would be great. The Split Stick is two, four-gigabyte retractable USB drives that are built into one slim (eight-gigabyte) stick. It would be another product for Best Buy shelves.

I can totally see it. Powercurls and Splitsticks (amongst others) with the computer supplies, Wrapsters being sold alongside the headphones. Digidudes being with the camera supplies. The Cloak can stand proudly too, on iPad release day, ready to protect them.

Quirky has a great community, it could only be a good thing for Best Buy. And Best Buy needs all the help it can get. The "Cloak for iPad" is a great product, definitely the best multifunctional iPad cover I've seen so far....and I've seen a LOT of them!! BB should also carry DigiDudes keychain tripods to sell with point and shoot cameras, the Split Stick USB Flash Drive, and the SpaceBar, among others. Check it out!

Partner with Quirky and let your customer vote for this weeks product and earn $$ to influence the products with an online link and a computer in your accessories isles for voting in person-what awesome PR! Maybe best buy could earn a commissions on helping to get products to your store or online at best. I think Best Buy could be the first to do something so QUIRKY and get noticed by the public!

I think that Quirky products are a perfect fit for BestBuy.. innovative and cutting edge, they will really enhance anyone's experience at BestBuy and give people a chance to hold Quirky's beautifully crafted and packaged products in their hands. Before receiving my first Quirky product, I had real reservations about how it would look at feel, and being able to check them out in person would be a huge benefit.

I kind of think that they won't be considering this. Usually if they were a Best Buy representative would have commented on this by now. It's a good idea, but might not be implemented.

Sorry Quirky but as neat as your site and products are this looks more like a stunt to get advertising at BestBuys site for your sites products. I have no doubtr if BestBuy asked you;d offer to let them carry your product but is the real purpose for your post that or to get more traffic to your own site?

Blue collar.... it is certainly to get Best Buy to carry Quirky products. Yes, Quirky sells the products on its own site, but, that is just because you "can".... the goal is to get the products in mass market stores like Best Buy. Does people posting here get traffic to Quirky? Probably, but, it isn't the reason people are voting for this idea.
