Don't forget if you buy on line chances are you use a debit/credit card. You can always add your card info to itunes and then dont need to worry about gift cards

They should be in the TVs. they are a bit like the other ones just cleaned up a little and i think have the brands logo on there. (helps people tell what item costs what too)

I have to say though, my local Apple store has a small little section with four bean bags toward the front and an iMac in front of each of them just for some of the smaller kids to fool around with and learn more about the computer. It's not to say it's the greatest idea, but it could serve a good purpose. The drinks and food though are out of hand. I was suggesting just a small area with a few kid-friendly gadgets to keep them occupied.

This is a great idea. Chris is right, Apple would be in control of that, but if I'm correct you simply just want the code and not the card. That should definitely be brought up to Apple.

Hi tono -
Thanks for the idea! At this time, the subscription is fulfilled through a third party partner, thus you cannot use your Reward Zone certificates for the actual subscription. However, if you'd like to purchase any of the individual magazines in store, you can definitely use your Reward Zone certificates.

I can understand your frustration if the Agent didn’t show up until after 5 pm and you were expecting them earlier in the day. All of our Geek Squad Agents should have company issued cell phones that they can use to contact you, our customer, with any scheduling delays that may occur outside of your pre-scheduled timeframe. I apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this caused.

Recently, Best Buy did start to offer the option to ship an item to your local store for in-store pick-up as opposed to your home. During the check-out process, if the item is available to be shipped to your local store, that will be an option.

The lead merchant on this is aware and is working on it. I'll do my best to get an update here, I know an update will likely come through twelpforce as well.

If you have any specific fixes to the problem, it would be good to hear them.

Thanks for these comments - I'll try to address them.

First, it is our goal to make the features and functions similar between the iPhone and Android core applications while taking advantage of individual differences between the operating systems and hardware. We are constantly working to add features and improvements on both platforms. The two applications have never been in exact sync with each other since we started building on iPhone nearly a year before we started building for Android.

It is our intention to add the same Reward Zone features to our Android application as we have recently added to iPhone. We have a few other juicy updates coming first.

good thought, we are in the process of trying to figure that out. It's not clear if we'll be able to do so before holiday, but you may see some testing of it pop up here and there. More to come.

Obviously, since Apple is already doing it, it can be done. For us its a matter of getting our systems in order to make it happen securely.

This would only work for "tech geeks" like us. But for the average cousmer they just want an OS and not need to worry about anything.

This would be a HUGE improvement. I aggree 100% that there should be a model available withOUT a preinstalled operating system. With all due respect to best buy, they already offer to uninstall all the bologna trials that come with the laptop, why don't they just install the OS on the laptop then for those people that want the windows version offered.

They might also offer different versions of the OS's they provide because sometimes the model I want doesn't have the OS preinstalled that I want.
